Join Salt & Light for a Night of Service & Reflection! This Christmas season, let's come together in the spirit of giving, service, and hope. On Friday, December 27th from 6-8 PM, we’ll be gathering at Oak Park Brewery for a meaningful evening of assembling care packs for our unhoused neighbors in the Oak Park area. These care packs will provide essential items and comfort to those who need it most. While we pack these essential items, we’ll also take time to reflect on the past year—2024—and express our hopes and aspirations for the year ahead. It’s a perfect opportunity to connect with others in the community, share stories, and set intentions for a brighter 2025. Together, we’ll not only give back, but also look forward with optimism to what we can collectively achieve in the new year. On Saturday, we’ll distribute the care packs to our unhoused neighbors in Oak Park, spreading warmth and kindness during this chilly winter season. This event is about more than just handing out supplies—it’s a chance to build relationships, offer hope, and make a tangible difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness.
